Nicassa Remodeling did a fantastic job installing porcelain tile on my basement floor. They removed old carpeting, cleaned and prepared concrete floor, then carefully installed 12 x 24 tiles throughout. They were thorough, careful and cleaned up when the job was done. Nick and the tiler John were prompt, courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. They were always available to answer our questions and took the time to explain the process. I am very pleased with their work and will work with them in the future. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional and reasonable contractor.

Beautiful and detailed repair of our walls, woodwork and trims. Painting of interior and exterior was handled professionally and as quoted. It's as if I have a new home, and no small job for an early 1940's home. Stunning! Cannot wait for Nick to remodel the kitchen now!

We scheduled a consultation with Nic via the online scheduler for several weeks out. A woman from his office called later the same day to say Nic couldn’t make it and asked if he could come out tomorrow instead. I declined due to travel. She said it was ok then, that Nic would keep the original appointment and said she’d send me a link to upload photos and a video of the space we wanted remodeled so they can get a sense of the project. I completed the form they sent me with a video as requested. The day before the scheduled appointment, I received a text reminder confirming Nic would be there. The day of the appointment, Nic called 15 minutes before the scheduled time and asked if we still wanted him to come out. I said yes, that we had confirmed the appointment and sent the video over a week ago. He said he was in middle of a job and asked if he could come later that day instead. Although we had arranged our work day for the original appointment time, we agreed and Nic said he’d be out between 4:30 and 5:00 and would text us en route. 5:00 came and went with no word from Nic, so I called at 5:15. He said he could be over around 6:00, but when I pressed him if he was sure, he said he didn’t know if he could make it because he was still on the job. He said he’d call me once he was done for the day to reschedule, but many days later, we still haven’t heard from him. Nic seems like a nice guy and people seem pleased with his work, so I’m sorry it turned out like this. However, if someone doesn’t respect your time and can’t communicate, it’s best to work with someone else.

We hired Nicardo to finish 3/4 of our basement and we are impressed to say the least. His team started quickly and they worked efficiently. We told him exactly what we wanted and they all worked hard to make those visions come true. Nicardo and his team were kind, polite, and very trustworthy. We ran into an issue with the barn door but we are grateful that Nicardo never wavered from the vision and was able to come up with a solution! We are excited to start using this space for entertainment and as a play room for our kids. I highly recommend Nicardo and his company for any job, big or small.
